  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1/4 cup Red Beet
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 cup Berries
  • 1 cup Water


  • Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  • Turn blender onto high for 45 seconds, or until blended smooth.
  • Pour in your cup of choice and drink away!

      Sorry I didn’t see this comment! Yes of course you can leave out the banana, part of the reason is for the potassium benefits, so you can substitute it out with potassium chloride if you would like!
